Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PopAir application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of PopAir after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. License and Use

PopAir grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the application for your personal or business use on devices that you own or control.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our application
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the application
• Use the application for any illegal purpose
• Use the application to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the application to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable

3. Application Features

PopAir provides AI-powered services such as translation, rewriting, summarization, OCR, and other productivity features.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We may also limit, suspend, or discontinue the application at our discretion.

4. Subscription and Payments

PopAir offers both free and premium features. Access to premium features requires payment according to our current pricing plans.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change our pricing structure and subscription fees at any time at our sole discretion. Factors that may influence pricing changes include but are not limited to:

• Changes in market conditions
• Additions of new features or services
• Changes in operational costs
• Inflation or currency fluctuations
• Competitive positioning

Any pricing changes will be communicated to existing users at least 30 days before implementation. By continuing to use PopAir after any fee changes, you acknowledge and agree to the new pricing structure.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage subscriptions in the app's settings.

5. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings and selecting "Manage Subscription". Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

Refund requests will be considered only in cases where technical issues prevent proper use of PopAir and cannot be resolved after support is provided.

6. Intellectual Property

The PopAir application, including its code, design, logos, and other visual elements, is owned by PopAir and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain all rights to the content you translate using our application. By using PopAir, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the translation service.

7. Third-Party Services

PopAir may use third-party services and APIs to provide AI functionality. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

PopAir is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PopAir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the application.

10. Updates and Maintenance

We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or address security issues. While not mandatory, we recommend installing these updates for the best experience and security. We are not responsible for issues arising from failure to update the application.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to PopAir immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse PopAir, including but not limited to engaging in spam, harassment, illegal activities, or unauthorized access attempts. Any violation of these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the application.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
